Für unser Hamburger Office suchen wir ab sofort einen Assistant Sales Manager - Premium / Luxury Fashion / Accessoires (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Als Assistant Sales Manager arbeitest du gemeinsam mit den Sales Managern in einem internationalen Kundenumfeld (B2B sowie B2C)
Du bist Teil des Sales Backoffice-Teams und arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Buying, Logistics und Finance zusammen
Du verwaltest Kundenangebote, Bestellungen und damit verbundene Dienstleistungen
Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Kunden
Zudem verwaltest du Kundeneinkäufe und Liefertermine
Die Erstellung und Pflege von Sales Reports sowie Analyse von Markt- und Preispotenzialen gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben

Dein Profil

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Mode- und Textilmanagement oder Vergleichbares
Erste Erfahrungen im Sales/Account Management (z.B. Werkstudententätigkeit), idealerweise in der Mode, sind ein Plus
Leidenschaft für Mode und Sales/Account Management
Gute Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office-Produkten, insbesondere Excel
Die Motivation, teamorientiert, gut organisiert und arbeitsprozessorientiert zu arbeiten
Hohes Maß an Enthusiasmus und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

We are currently looking for an Sales Assistant - Premium / Luxury Fashion / Accessories (m/f/d) for our Hamburg office.

Your Mission

As a Sales Assistant, you will work alongside the Sales Managers in an international client environment (B2B and B2C).
You are part of the Sales Backoffice team and collaborate closely with the Buying, Logistics, and Finance departments.
You manage customer offers, orders, and related services.
You support communication with national and international clients.Additionally, you oversee customer purchases and delivery schedules.
Creating and maintaining sales reports as well as analyzing market and pricing potential will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

A completed degree in Business Administration, Fashion and Textile Management, or a similar field
First experience in Sales/Account Management (e.g., as a working student), ideally in the fashion industry, is a plus
Passion for fashion and Sales/Account Management
Good experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
The motivation to work in a team-oriented, well-organized, and process-oriented manner
A high level of enthusiasm, presentation skills, and strong numerical understanding
Fluent in both German and English
