We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our warehouse in Hamburg-Billbrook. In this key role, you will take ownership of our logistics operations, ensuring efficient and scalable supply chain processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for optimizing workflows in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.

Your Mission

Maintenance, monitoring, and analysis of operational data (e.g., in Excel and Google Sheets)
Process coordination between Logistics, Commercial, and Operations
Support with system maintenance (Xentral ERP) and implementation of new process workflows
Creation and maintenance of operational reports
Quality assurance along operational workflows
Organization of projects in the field of logistics

Your Profile

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets
Structured and pragmatic working style with strong attention to detail
Ideally, experience with ERP systems (e.g., Xentral)
Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Logistikmanager (m/w/d) für unser Team in unserem Lager in Hamburg-Billbrook. In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für unsere Logistikabläufe und sorgen für effiziente und skalierbare Lieferkettenprozesse. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Logistik und Lieferkettenmanagement, eine praxisorientierte Mentalität und eine Leidenschaft für die Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen in einem schnelllebigen, modebewussten Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

Wartung, Überwachung und Analyse von Betriebsdaten (z. B. in Excel und Google Sheets)
Prozesskoordination zwischen Logistik, Handel und Betrieb
Unterstützung bei der Systemwartung (Xentral ERP) und der Implementierung neuer Prozessabläufe
Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebsberichten
Qualitätssicherung entlang der Betriebsabläufe
Organisation von Projekten im Bereich Logistik

Dein Profil

Abschluss in Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder einem verwandten Bereich
Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Excel und Google Sheets
Strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Detailgenauigkeit
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Xentral)
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
