Als Operations Manager treibst du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Abläufe voran, verbindest strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzung und schaffst nachhaltige Strukturen für weiteres Wachstum. Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend an der Optimierung unserer Kernprozesse und sorgst dafür, dass operative Exzellenz im Tagesgeschäft gelebt wird.

Für unser Hamburger Office suchen wir daher ab sofort einen (Senior) Operations Manager (m/f/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Analyse, Optimierung, Dokumentation und Skalierung unserer End-to-End-Geschäftsprozesse mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und Wachstum.
Steuerung und Koordination abteilungsübergreifender Initiativen zwischen Finance, Buying, Sales, Logistics, Tech und weiteren Teams.
Leitung operativ relevanter Projekte, insbesondere Tool-Einführungen und Systemimplementierungen – von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Verankerung im operativen Alltag (inkl. Change Management).
Identifikation von Engpässen und Ineffizienzen sowie Entwicklung pragmatischer, umsetzbarer Lösungen.
Definition, Monitoring und Analyse relevanter KPIs, Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen sowie Erstellung von Reportings.
Unterstützung bei Forecasts und Capacity Planning.

Dein Profil

3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Operations Management, Prozessmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Operations, Prozess- oder Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
Sehr gutes Verständnis für End-to-End-Prozesse sowie Erfahrung in funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
Nachweisbare Erfolge in:
- der Leitung abteilungsübergreifender Projekte
- Tool- und Systemimplementierungen
- Prozessoptimierung und KPI-Steuerung
- Skalierung von Geschäftsmodellen
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutschkenntnisse sind optional).
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Projektmanagement-Software)
Kenntnisse in ERP-, CRM- oder Warehouse-Management-Systemen.
Vertrautheit mit Datenanalyse- und BI-Tools (z. B. SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen und den Überblick zu behalten.

As an Operations Manager, you drive the continuous improvement of our operations, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and building sustainable structures to support further growth. You work cross-functionally to optimize our core processes and ensure that operational excellence is embedded in day-to-day business.

For our Hamburg office, we are therefore looking to hire a (Senior) Operations Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Your Mission

Analysis, optimization, and continuous development of existing business processes, as well as identification of efficiency potential across all relevant areas.
Management and coordination of cross-departmental processes and initiatives involving Finance, Buying, Sales, Logistics, Tech, and other departments.
Leadership of operationally relevant projects, in particular tool rollouts and system implementations, including support of change processes and ensuring successful adoption in day-to-day operations.
Creation, documentation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identification of bottlenecks and development of pragmatic solutions to ensure efficient workflows.
Close collaboration with the Tech team to further develop and implement digital solutions.
Definition, monitoring, and analysis of relevant KPIs, as well as deriving actions and preparing reports.
Support in forecasting and capacity planning.
Evaluation of new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Your Profile

3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Operations Management, Process Management, or a comparable role.
Completed degree in Business Administration, Operations, Process or Project Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and experience working in cross-functional environments.
Demonstrated success in:
- Leading cross-functional projects
- Tool and system implementations
- Process optimization and KPI management
- Scaling business models
Strong analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented working style, and high problem-solving ability.
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken (German skills are optional).
Confident use of common tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software).
Experience with ERP, CRM, or warehouse management systems.
Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to set priorities and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
